Domestic Shipping (India Only)

All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

• During high-volume periods (sales, launches), there may be a delay of 1–2

additional days.

• If we foresee any unexpected delays, we will contact you via email or phone.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Deliveries across India usually take 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

• Remote or out-of-service areas may experience slightly longer delivery

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your order.

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

   Note: Overnight delivery is only available for selected pin codes and is not  guaranteed for all orders.

Priority Delivery

Need your order faster? We offer Priority Delivery across India via air courier.

• Priority Delivery Fee: ₹149 – ₹199 (depending on your delivery pin code)

• Delivery Time: 2–4 business day after dispatch

• Available on prepaid orders only

You can opt for this service during checkout. The final charges will be reflected

based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Please note: Priority delivery is subject to courier availability and may not be applicable in remote or non-serviceable areas.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number

• Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Minus Zero is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier partners

• Damage or loss during transit

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Retain the packaging

2. Take photos of the damaged product3. Contact the courier company immediately to file a claim
