At Minus Zero, we take pride in the quality and design of our products. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns initiated after 7 days will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at minuszero.co@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief reason for the return
• Photos, if the product is damaged or incorrect
If your return is approved:
• We’ll send you a return shipping label
• Detailed return instructions
• Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Ranchi, Jharkhand (exact address will be provided upon approval)
Please do not send items back without receiving return approval—they will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size or want to swap your style?
We believe in conscious fashion, and our goal is to reduce unnecessary returns and waste. That’s why we prioritize product exchanges over refunds wherever possible.
We do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
• It is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact
• The item has a valid reason for exchange (size issue or fit concerns)
Here’s how it works:
1-You raise a return/exchange request by emailing minuszero.co@gmail.com
2-Once approved, the original item is collected and inspected
3-Upon successful quality check, we will ship your desired exchange item
If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, you will be given the option to:
• Choose an alternative product of equal value
• Or receive store credit for future purchases
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:
• The item is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
We’ll arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
For quality-control issues, we extend the return period up to 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Items that appear worn, used, or washed
• Any product returned without original packaging or tags
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• You’ll be notified if the refund is approved or denied
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please note:
• Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
• If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at minuszero.co@gmail.com
